For sale... Ford Ka YB Cosworth power 4wd.
The car was built by Dave Plsnt at DJM race preparations in Ollerton, Nottm.
It was a new shell and was originally built to a very high standard to go forest rallying. The car now has a full spec PJ motorsport Cosworth YB turbo engine producing 420 bhp.
It has a 6 speed H pattern Lancer Evo dog box with a full AP paddle clutch and a Mitsubishi front diff... the car uses a Cosworth rear diff abs has proved to be very reliable.
It has Proflex remote res multi adjustable dampers and springs fitted. It has Ap 4 pot callipers on 300mm discs all round (for forest use) and they are more than capable of dealing with any circuit racing I’ve done.
it is Aeroquipped throughout and runs Atec ally brake pipes throughout. Wilwood floor mounted pedal box is fitted. It has a 60 lt ATL fuel cell. Flocked dash, pecten monitor. Etc etc
I have attached quite a few pictures and a link to the original CCC article when the car was first built. Dave built 2 one for to tarmac rally and mine for the woods.
