Mechanic/HGV driver wanted for track car rental company

Mechanic wanted for Caterham prep and maintenance, HGV class 1 a distinct advantage.

Based at our partner Fauldsports premises in Staffordshire, the role will require a hard working, dedicated and loyal worker who's willing to work unsociable hours (evenings, weekends, bank holidays - welcome to the glamourous world of motorsport).

The guys at Fauldsport will carry out any major repairs, so we're really looking for someone who can manage the day to day cleaning, preparation and basic servicing of our fleet of Caterham superlights.

The successful candidate will also be required to be customer facing and be able to act in a professional and diplomatic manner at all times.

Other tasks will include helping out the race team at race weekends and taking responsibility for documentation of maintenance.

A car+trailer licence is highly desireable.

Salary is negotiable based on experience with a sizeable increase offered for any HGV Class 1 drivers. ARDS instructor licence would be a dream ticket.
