Swift FB90 FF1600

Swift FB90 Formula Ford 1600 (1990).

A great car eligible for any FF1600 championship or hill climbing or sprinting. The car was subject to a complete chassis up rebuild in 2006/2007 and has only been used for two races and one test since. During the rebuild the chassis was powder coated a new alloy floor was fitted along with the following other items. New front/right rocker arm, new rocker arm pivots and bearings, new front track rods, many new rod ends and two new brake discs. During this time the engine was completely reconditioned including re-lining (to standard bore) and new pistons.
Over the winter of 2007/2008 the main and big end bearings have also been replaced and the oil pump serviced. Since then the engine has done zero miles. As well as this the bell housing was replaced and the clutch slave cylinder serviced and new seals fitted. A new Aldon FF1600 distributor and new FIA/MSA rear light was also fitted at this time.
I have receipts for engine rebuilds for £2000 plus receipts of £3000 spares and other parts spent on the car over the last three years.
