Peugeot 206 gti turbo Pfc magazine feature October 2014, now running 416bhp and 365lb/ft mapped at emerald with dyno printout. This monster of a engine was built by pug1off 4000 miles ago with no expense spared. Far too many mods to list but a very brief spec ... GT3071R External wastegate,  Wossner Pistons,  Billet crank, Acl race bearings, Billet flywheel,  Headstud conversion, Ported & polished head, Emerald k6 ecu,  Water injection,  Full quaife synchromesh gearset, ATB diff, custom straight cut crownwheel & pinion, AP twin plate clutch,  330mm bremsport brakes, Bilstein coilovers/ dampers, Solid alloy mounts... Etc etc etc the list is endless!! I've owned this car for 14 years and lavished countless hours and money on it,the engine and gearbox cost in excess of 20k to build on there own without the rest of the car! £8000 Bargain!
