1996 Honda Integra Type R – Track Car

A very reluctant sale, but following the lockdown and a change in business circumstances, this fabulous car is simply not being used. Currently SORN and in secure storage, it really needs a new enthusiast owner, to get back out on track and deliver more smiles. It’s an absolutely stunning car to drive!

Based originally on a JDM road car, it has had extensive modifications for track days and was professionally built by Honda specialists Hond-R in Abingdon in the winter of 2013. It remains road legal and has an extensive list of modifications – many of which are hard to find these days. Correctly stripped, caged, corner weighted and so on.

The engine has had the lightest treatment, and remains the standard B18 unit, developing around 200BHP. I did plan to improve the breathing and remap the ECU for a improved torque, but Covid hit and halted that. Currently sitting on 169,000kms/105,000 mls.
