From the front; tilting cab with aerofoil allowing easy access for servicing with push button start on engine block. Side mirrors and kerb mirrors, electric passenger window, manual driver’s window, 3 cab seats, one of which is removable and replacement centre console included in sale.
In-cab remote for adjustable rear air suspension for levelling on uneven ground, air brakes. Chassis and baseboards are solid and the entire undercarriage has been well maintained.
Side loading bike ramp powered by remote electric winch. Dataplate reads ‘Marsden Vanplan Plc vehicle body builders’.
24v powers the truck (2x12v truck batteries)separate to onboard 12v battery for internal use.
Internal ; full sized galley kitchen with 3m worktop, 2 breakfast bar stools , 3 ring Smev gas hob and sink, Smev under counter gas over/grill, 3 way Thetford fridge with full sized top freezer compartment.
Over hob console with cooker hood, hob light, fresh water tank indicator.
Overhead cupboard containing electric consumer unit plus push button starter for onboard Generac 7.5kw generator housed in belly-locker. Generator metre reads 1410 hours use.
Built in under counter gas bottle housing with gas isolation manifold.
There are 3 ways to power the living quarters; 1. Mains hookup 2. Generator (offgrid) 3. Separate 12v battery bank. When generator not in operation and 240v hook-up not present, the 2 fully loaded Dometic inverters automatically switch to 12v stored battery bank.
On main utility cupboard, a power console with double port USB power supply/charge point displays 12v battery stored voltage plus real time amp usage.
Switches include;
3x lighting supplies (main lights, above & below LED track white,above and below track mood lighting (RGB).
12v only isolation switch, water pump/storage tank switch and toilet flush power switch.
Behind console is the Motorhome’s 2x transformers including all fuses.
Lighting is 12v battery powered for main central overhead ceiling fixtures in bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and garage plus kitchen over counter and corner display cupboard spotlights, and low over hob lighting.
LED bar lighting above kitchen cupboards and below countertop are positioned on the main window side of the kitchen with another above and below cupboard set opposite. There is a white set on one separate isolated switch plus a Coloured RGB LED bar with remote controlled mood lighting feature also positioned high and low (over top cupboard and below counter).
To the rear of the truck is located the bathroom with full sized walk-in shower cubicle, small hand basin over vanity/storage unit, mirrored wall cabinet. Thetford C200 swivel cassette toilet has only ever been used with liquid waste.
Next to the bathroom is the garage lined with chequer plate with mounted lockdown rings for cargo the main area measuring 4’ x 6.5’ not including a recessed cupboard containing Murco water heater compartment, compartment for airing cupboard and floor compartment containing 12v Shurflo RV freshwater pump.
Water hook up is either direct to 300 litre fresh water storage tank or mains water hook-up
There is a 25 litre waste water barrel and hose attachment for grey water.
There is an electric panel heater which is 2.8kw. There is also a disconnected Ebespacher diesel heater fitted with all ducting available and included with sale but have never had need to use.
To the front of the living quarters behind the cab and separated from the kitchen by a glass panelled lockable sliding door, there is a double bedroom measuring 1.95x2.34m with a double bed (1.89x 1.50m)with under bed storage in addition over head cabinets positioned in an L-shape the length and width of the bedroom and a stable door opposite the bed with double glazed window unit over half-door measuring 2.04x0.90m.
An Autoclima Rio 46 air conditioning unit is located overhead. Caravan TV ariel supplied.
Paperwork included comprises of a full set of Mercedes manuals in a ring binder and a set of manuals and documentation pertaining to each appliance. A full handover including instruction for each element and feature will be given.
